The equipment. A genuine medical-grade CO2 or Erbium laser is a significant investment for a clinic. Cheap mole removal pens sold on Instagram cost a few thousand rupees and cannot deliver the same precision.

What the price actually includes. Some quotes are deliberately stripped down so the headline number looks attractive. Then on the day, the consultation, the anaesthetic, the dressing, and the follow-up are all billed separately. Always ask for a written all-inclusive quote.

Red flags in cheap pricing

• Mole removal quoted under PKR 2,000 per mole.
• No consultation needed, just walk in.
• Removal performed by anyone other than a registered doctor.
• Quotes that do not mention what method will be used.
